AtriWork is a worker attendance and payroll app for small factories. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is designed to keep your data on your device by default; cloud features are optional and only used when you turn them on.
1. Information We Collect
- Worker details you enter (name, phone, worker type, wage rates).
- Daily attendance records (clock-in / clock-out, present, absent, half-day).
- Payroll information (base pay, overtime, advances, deductions, bonuses, payment status).
- Worker face templates and photos, used only for face-based attendance — stored only on your device.
- Your factory details (name, shift timings, overtime threshold) used for payroll calculation.
- Sign-in information: a local username, or your Google account name and email if you enable cloud features.
- Biometric data for unlocking the app — stored only on your device.
- Basic device information needed for the app to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your workers and their attendance records.
- To compute weekly payroll, including overtime, advances, and deductions.
- To generate payslips and reports for sharing.
- To recognise enrolled workers during face-based attendance scans.
- To secure access with a password or biometric unlock.
- To manage your plan and keep optional cloud features working.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All worker, attendance, and payroll data is stored locally on your device by default.
- Worker face templates stay on your device and, if you enable Google Drive backup, in your own private Google Drive backup — never on our servers.
- Worker photos stay on your device and, if you enable Google Drive backup, in your own private Google Drive backup — never on our servers.
- App-unlock biometric data (fingerprint / face) never leaves your device's secure hardware.
- If you enable Cloud Sync (Pro plan), worker, attendance, and payroll data is stored in Google Firestore under your own Google account.
- If you enable Google Drive backup, your encrypted database file is stored in your own Google Drive app folder, which is private to AtriWork.
- Data sent to cloud services is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
- An account identifier may be stored in our cloud service to manage your plan and prevent misuse.
- No data is transmitted to external servers without your consent.
4. Third-Party Sharing
- When you share a payslip or report, the app you choose (WhatsApp, Gmail, file managers, or others) receives only the file you selected.
- Optional cloud features use Google services (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Google Drive) as data processors.
- In-app subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing — AtriWork never sees your payment details.
- No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
5. Your Rights
- You can edit or delete any worker, attendance, or payroll record at any time.
- You can disable biometric unlock and the app login at any time.
- You can export your data (CSV / Excel) or uninstall the app to remove local data.
- You choose what is shared, and with which app.
- To request deletion of any data held in our cloud service, contact us using the details below.
6. Children’s Privacy
AtriWork is a business tool intended for factory owners, supervisors, and HR staff. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Free Trial and Subscriptions
- AtriWork offers a 15-day free trial with all features available.
- After the trial, continued use requires a Basic or Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly via Google Play.
- Lifetime plans via coupon are valid for 10 years from redemption (1Y / 2Y / 3Y coupon variants are also available).
- Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play. AtriWork does not process refunds directly.
8. Account and Data Deletion
- Local data: uninstalling AtriWork removes all data stored on your device.
- In-app: you can delete any worker, attendance, or payroll record individually at any time.
- Cloud data: if you used Cloud Sync or Drive backup, email support@atrivextech.com from your account email to request deletion of any data held in our cloud services. We process such requests within 30 days.
- Google Drive backup: you may also delete the AtriWork backup directly from your Google Drive at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
