AtriEstates is a property management app for real-estate agents. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is designed to keep your data on your device by default; cloud features are optional and only used when you turn them on.
1. Information We Collect
- Property information you enter (title, type, price, area, address, GPS location, photos, and owner name and phone).
- Your agency details (company name, contact number, website) used when sharing listings.
- Sign-in information: a local username, or your Google account name and email if you choose Google sign-in.
- Biometric data for unlocking the app — stored only on your device.
- Basic device information needed for the app to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide property management features.
- To map and tag property locations.
- To create the teaser image and text when you share a listing.
- To secure access with a password or biometric unlock.
- To manage your plan and keep optional cloud features working.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored locally on your device by default.
- Biometric data never leaves your device.
- Property photos are stored in app-private storage.
- If you enable cloud sync, property data is stored in Google Firestore (optional, paid plans).
- If you enable photo backup, photos are stored in your own Google Drive.
- An account or device identifier may be stored in our cloud service to manage your plan and prevent misuse.
- Data sent to cloud services is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.
- No data is transmitted to external servers without your consent.
4. Third-Party Sharing
- When you share a property, the app you choose (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or others) receives a teaser image and text — the property title, locality, your agency contact, and website.
- Public/social shares do not include the exact price, full address, map location, or the owner’s contact.
- Full details are shared only when you select “Share full details”.
- GPS coordinates may open in Google Maps when you use location features.
- Optional cloud features use Google services (Firebase/Firestore and Google Drive) as data processors.
- No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
5. Your Rights
- You can edit or delete any property at any time.
- You can disable biometric unlock.
- You can export your data (CSV) or uninstall the app to remove local data.
- You choose what is shared, and with which app.
- To request deletion of any data held in our cloud service, contact us using the details below.
6. Children’s Privacy
AtriEstates is a business tool intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
